This project has always been a (modest) dream of mine, to build my own shed. I wanted to used left-over materials wherever possible. I used wooden pallets to form the suspended floor and some of the walls. Most of the cladding and the stud frame is taken from for my colleague’s own shed, which I dismantled in return for the materials. The windows are made from some perspex I found lying in the street.
The most striking feature of the shed is the hyperbolic paraboloid roof which gives the impression that the roof is twisted. I spent a summer building this shed and constructed it entirely myself.
